How to Apply for Duplicate Marksheet/Degree Certificate From GTU.

 Actually, I Face This Problem After Completing My B.E From GTU. I check My document And In that, there Was One Marksheet Missing.

Before Pandamice It Was a Very Hectic process to apply for Duplicate Marksheet or Degree Certificate.

Here Below I Provide an Online process to Apply For Marksheet.

Steps To Follow.

1. Go to GTU student Portal From This Link: https://student.gtu.ac.in/Login.aspx

2.After Sign In Follow Below Steps.

3. Here is Screenshot According That Select option.


4. Inside Certificate Request Click on Click Here For New Certificate request


5. After Inserting All Details Click Next.

Now For Degree Certificate, We Follow Steps. If you Want To apply for Mark sheet Scroll Down.

Degree Certificate

1. click Zone As Ahemdabad.

2. Type Of Certificate As Degree certificate.

3.No of Copy: 1 (Recommended)

4. Amount By default: 550

5.Message/ Query: Anything U can Right Relate Your Lost Certificate.




6. 3 documents Require.

1.>Adhar card/ Pan card Anyone 
2>Last Sem Marksheet/Web copy/provisional Degree web copy(Recommended 1st-> Last sem Marksheet)
3>Affidavit (Go to Any lawyer And tell them to make Affidativte on Certificate with 50 rs stamp{Cross check One time All information true or not. Then Make PDF})

Make PDF of all documents Listed Above. And Upload.



Click On submit button.
Then choss payment Option And Make Payment.

Wait for 1 and 1/2 Month Or 2 Months. Certificate recive at your Home.

And After 15 Days from the Application Give an email to GTU marksheet@gtu.edu And in That Right ur enrollment number and tell them how many days it will take Then After They Do process Fast.

  Duplicate Mark Sheet


1. click Zone As Ahemdabad.

2. Type Of Certificate As a Duplicate Grad sheet.

3.No of Copy: 1 (Recommended)

4. Exam: Select lost Marksheet sem. Then Click On the button.
    (If More than one Marksheet is lost then After add select other Marksheet and click On ADD  )

5. Amount By default: 150 Per Marksheet

6.Message/ Query: Anything U can Right Relate Your Lost Marksheet.



7. 3 documents Require.

1.>Adhar card/ Pan card Anyone 
2>Affidavit (Go to Any lawyer And tell them to make Affidativte on Certificate with 50 rs stamp{Cross check One time All information true or not. Then Make PDF})
3>web Copy of the lost Marksheet You can find In MY Result Tab Download PDF.


Make PDF of all documents Listed Above. And Upload.


Click On submit button.
